Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ApexHome Greenville Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

ApexHome Greenville Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information you give us and a site inspection when applicable. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs and other factors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require:

• A deposit before work begins
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon completion and your approval

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and may affect the completion timeline.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty that covers defects in our installation for a specified period outlined in your service agreement.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, ground settling beyond normal expectations, or lack of proper maintenance. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure your project runs smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Ensure clear access to the work area
• Secure any necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
• Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
• Follow any curing and maintenance instructions we provide

Limitation of Liability

ApexHome Greenville Concrete will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can work together to resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through open communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled according to North Carolina law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
